Needle Valve is a type of valve that is frequently used in fluid control applications that require high precision, especially with their precise fluid control, wide adjustment range, simple and compact structure.
In needle valves, flow control is achieved by rotating a conical shaped needle through a gear, narrowing or expanding the flow path. A very precise flow control can be achieved by small movements of the needle causing significant changes in the flow rate. As the position of the needle can be changed over a wide range, it is suitable for use in a wide range of settings from very small flow rates to large flow rates.
Operating temperature between -30 °C and +250 °C. Suitable for pressure class PN40.
